Do not order online from
www.tonysbridal.net. I ordered my maid of honor dress August 1, 2011 and paid for the dress and the Rush service to make sure dress was here by Sept 15, 2011, as our wedding was on the 17th.
I paid online with a credit card after talking to their online support about the rush. The next day I expected an invoice or some other notice from Tony's, but nothing. I contacted the bank and they said money came out of my account to pay for the dress. I wrote them every day, sometimes 3-4 times a day from Aug 5-Sept 15. I never heard ANYTHING.
I am out of $130. Lesson learned. Hopefully you won't make the same mistake!
