About a month and a half ago I posted that my finace was going to be getting this dress for a non-traditional vineyard wedding, which you all gave opinions on and wanted to know how it went:

Unfortunately, it really did not work for my fiance. The lace part on the neck and back kind of looked bad, not elegant, so we sent it back.
Instead, we went with this dress:

It is not actually a wedding gown, so it is very lightweight. We found shoes that I really think were literally *made* for this dress:

Now I just need to get MY outfit... haha. I am thinking a light beige suit and purple tie. Our theme colors are the light beige and lilac. Bridemaids chose their own dresses trying (unsuccessfully) to match lilac colors. I think the groomsmen are going to be simple, beige pants and cream/ivory button down shirt, no tie or jacket.
