My dream dress - need some help

I bought a beautiful maggie ball gown dress, but when my fiance and I decided to cancel the big wedding and get married in Hawaii I sold that dress and I am now on a new search. (I never felt like that dress was the one anyway).

I went to my cousin's wedding a couple of months ago and her dress was exactly what I am looking for. I don't want to copy her, but I do love love love this dress. I know nothing about it. I am attaching a few pictures to see if anyone knows the dress. I am also interested to know if anyone has seen a dress similar. TIA!
