help,i havent got a dress yet!!!!

  Ok, my wedding is 31 days away. now granted this is my 3rd wedding. its going to be a casual outdoors wedding. black, white and kentucky blue. my question is.... my maid of honor and my flower girls have cotton type dresses, would it look funny if my dress is satin?

Mmm... if it's satin and FORMAL I think it might not look the best, but if it's a more casual (ie: less decorated/ beaded/ etc) satin I think you'll be fine.

I agree that the fabrics don't have to match but when you put satin up against cotton I think it has a bit more of a regal feel.  I would try looking for a more casual dress.

Congrats!  I agree - go for a more casual type gown. If you have a Dillard's, J. Crew or Nordstrom around, they often have a great selection of informal type dresses.
