I can't find a short wedding dress!!

I have looked on every website! I am needing a short yet fun dress for my vegas wedding in April! Any suggestions!? I thought this dress was cute though... opinions? THANKS!!

Also what would you recommend I add to my hair if I decide not to do a veil?

You can always find a dress with a fit that will work well getting shortened and just get a high hem. It'll help to expand your options. My dress was a mermaid fit and post-wedding I got it shortened to a knee-length dress. It worked well!

There are lots of cute short dresses, but if you don't see anything you like, this is an option to consider. I posted pics a few threads above this one with a before and after of my dress.

I wore fresh flowers in my hair instead of a veil and I loved that look.

PP, also, I am looking for a purple dress, so I feel your pain. I am also looking at bridesmaids dresses that I can have embroidery/detailing added to to make them not look like a bridesmaids dress.

I had a hard time too finding a short dress.  Every store I went to only had a couple of short dresses and the ones I tried on were just awful...  Chance had it though that they forgot they had a Michelle Roth short dress in the back and pulled it and I knew it was the one before I was even in it! I love it!  Have you went in or called some bridal stores in or area to see what the selection of knee length dresses they have?

Thanks everyone! I am just having a hard time I guess. I want semi poof but form fitting which you cant get haha! I really liked Jessica McClintock and they told me at the store to wait until end of February and they will have more white out!

try bridesmaid dresses that come in white or ivory! thats what i did for my july wedding. i got a short bridesmaid dress and turned it into my wedding dress
