I'm sick! I ordered a "coffee" colored Justin Alexander (8465) wedding gown. When the gown arrived I went to the bridal salon to try it on. The minute the sales associate first unzipped the garment bag, I said that the dress seemed darker than what I had expected. I tried the dress on, and the fit is ok (I've lost some weight since the dress was ordered), but I was excited that I had on MY VERY OWN wedding gown...but something was just not right with the color. This dress has layers and layers of tulle, and crinoline, and ruching in the middle. The color of ruching and the tulle do not match! Upon further inspection of the sample dress at the salon, my gown's tulle is a peachy color - WRONG!!! My wedding is 3 mos away. I'm not sure what to do!! The salon says that they can't reorder that tulle; they could take it off of the sample, but the sizes are different. And get this, the sales associate hinted that I would have to pay the cost of the change in tulle because they can't guarantee on color - although it was NOT communicated to me when I ordered the dress that there was a chance that it would come in in another color. I'm so stressed!
