Where to find wedding shoes for tiny feet?

I have really tiny feet, I wear sizes 3 & 4. I'm having a really hard time finding wedding shoes in my size. Everything looks too little girlish. I want to wear flats in my wedding.

Normally I don't have a huge problem finding "everyday shoes" shoes in my size but I'm having no luck finding anything to go with my dress.

If anyone could tell me a website where I can find small wedding shoes, especially flats, It'd help me out a lot.

Nordstrom always seems to cary small sizes. I remember my great-grandmother having to order shoes from them because her feet were so tiny and she couldn't find shoes anywhere else!
