Bridesmaids Dresses

I have a beautiful satin vintage look dress for my summer wedding. Going to dress shop in a few weeks with my bridesmaids for their dresses. I have been told to get the same type of fabric for their dresses. Does it really matter? Because there is not many options that I like that are satin. I am also going with long dresses. I think it looks more formal. Just looking for options.

You definitely do not have to get the BM dresses in the same fabric as your wedding dress.  As long as you stick with the same formality level then any fabric will work fine.

Yeah, definitely don't feel like the fabric has to be the same.  Find a dress the girls like and are comfortable in regardless of the material.

I agree don't be set on same fabric as your dress, just get a style that will compliment your dress

I tried to find something in a similar fabric but it just wasn't happening... I doubt anyone else would event notice!
