DRESS ALTERATION: lowering the back

I want to lower the cut of the back on my dress and add criss crossed sparkle/beaded straps,. anyone lower the back before? Any idea how much this might run me? xo

    You are going to have to take it to a seamstress to get an informed opinion on what can be done.  Depending on the design and structure of your dress, it may or may not be possible.

    That is a significant alteration.  I would consider looking for a similar dress design and bling up the straps

    I had mine lowered 2" from the time that I ordered it, and it was an additional $100.
