I've tried on this dress and really like it on, like more than anything else I have tried on.  I just can't make a decision.  I keep feeling like it is too casual or something.  Opinions please?

Do you have pictures of you in it?  What makes you feel it's too casual?

I think it's very pretty.  It is somewhat "simple", because there aren't a lot of embellishments, but you could add a blingy belt if you feel like that is what is missing. I wouldn't call it casual, just classic and simple.

I wore a dress somewhat similar to that, with absolutely zero bling. Bling isn't my style, anyways.

Only you know your personality. Sparkle, sequins, and lace aren't a requirement at all, but if you want something embellished, keep looking.

Well, wedding venue is still in works, but probably outdoors for ceremony (garden or with a beach backdrop/not right on beach), and mixed indoor/outdoor for reception.  It's a destination wedding in FL.
