If you're looking to get bridesmaid dresses, don't get suckered in by the super cute stock photos that 21Bridal.com has on their website. Dealing with them for my wedding has been an absolute nightmare. They have sent the wrong color dresses to me twice now, and there are only 12 days left until my wedding, so it can't be fixed. Beyond that, the customer service representatives are rude. They don't have a phone line you can call, so all you can do is use their "Live Chat" service, which connects you to someone who can speak only broken English at best (which just adds to the confusion, unfortunately). When I asked them to fix the order the first time, they said they would not refund me or accept a return, and charged me for a new set of dresses. And they argued about what "matte" satin is, versus regular, or shiny satins. Bottom line: Don't shop here. If I could do it again, I'd pay a little more and find an American vendor to go with.
