Veils?? Help

So I am looking for my veil an I am soo confused!!!! Blushers one tier two tier ugh what is a blusher? Is it necessary? The only thin I know about veils is I want one. I have a ball gown very embellished dress and I want a simple veil I just don't know what's what.

    Blushers are those netting looking things that cover only half the face.  Personally, I hate blushers.  Others love them...but they're definitely not me.  I'd prefer a long flowy veil any day.  It's all about what style you're going for...

    (side note -- I'm originally from Central Illinois) :)
  • Um, the small veils are called birdcage, guys...

    A blusher is a traditional veil that covers the whole face and is typically lifted either by the bride's father or the groom.

    Two tiers means you can opt to use the top one as a blusher.

    Veils are identified by length, i.e. elbow, fingertip, chapel, cathedral, etc.
