Only one of my six bridesmaids lives near me, everyone else is in different states around the country. I figured that each of the girls could go to a local wedding shop to try on and order her Watters dress there and deal with alterations at that same shop if needed. I picked the color and the fabric, they can choose their own style.
From the reading I've done here though, it seems that everyone orders their dresses from the same shop whether the girls are local or not. What is benefit to that? It seems inconvenient to me, but maybe I'm missing something? Thanks
