color help

Our wedding will be in october and I love the color coral. Although it is a springy color, I still want to put my girls in this color. What colors can i use without it looking it so springish. I want something that will pop with it. Me and fiance will both be in all white, groomsmen in black.

Re: color help

  • I think Yellow and Tan / Ivory would look pretty.
Or Coral & Navy, Coral & Turquoise, Coral & Brown?
  • I think the coral with black will be just fine.

What do you plan on using additional colors for?

Basic white/ivory bouquets would be nice. You could have your florist add in a few orange, pink, and/or green accents too.
  • What about coral and gray, or gold/champagne?

[QUOTE]Disregard thoughts of the season entirely. You pick the colors you like.  They don't have to be matched to the season or venue, and the guests won't be thinking of this, either.

</div><div>But if you're that worried about it, just don't make your other color(s) bright. I wanted yellow in my fall wedding, and put with a true blue didn't look springy, but had I put it with pale blue or pink it COULD have. </div><div>Black, white, coral would look very classy. </div><div>Dark or true blue with coral would look beautiful and playful</div><div>Even a deep purple with coral would love lovely without looking spring-y</div>
  • coral and burt sienna, perhaps accent with some chocolate or forest green.  Or coral and olive green.
I want a love like Johnny & June!
