Need help IDing dress from "Four Weddings" tonight

One of the brides changed into a short dress to do a tango dance in. I LOVED it- anyone know who made the dress? Thanks!

    I saw it too. It may be best to wait a few days for the episode to air on additional websites. From there you may have a little more information from commentators.
