Do I have to wear a veil???

I've never been a big fan of veils; I thought if I decided to purchase one it would be an elbow length veil. Now, I don't know. I'm not interested in paying $100 for something I don't like, i've looked at some of the websites with cheaper veils and they do look cheaper also.

Any advice on what I should do? I don't have to wear a veil right? My fiance wants me to wear on but he hasn't seen my beautiful gown and I think a veil my ruin the look. Are there any alternatives to the veil?

You don't have to have a veil. Your FI will love your look no matter what.

A hair flower would look fab with your sleek dress.

You don't have to wear a veil if you don't want to. If you're worried it would ruin the back of your dress, you can get one with less decoration that wouldn't detract from the dress.

Don't wear a veil if you don't want to! I never thought I wanted a veil, but ended up liking single layer cathedral veils. My plan had been to wear flowers in my hair, which is what I did for the reception (PIB). There are a lot of interesting things you can put in your hair instead (fascinators), like feathers, real or silk flowers, jeweled combs, etc. Go with whatever you like!
