Do not go to Zola Keller in Ft. Lauderdale!!! This was the 2nd dress shop I visited, however it was the worst shopping experience of my life! The sales associate (Shavon sp?) was the nastiest person I have ever encountered. She proceeded to tell me that a mermaid dress would be unflattering on me, yet never gave me any suggestions. When told about my $ 2,000.00 budget, she pointed to 2 racks, and she never pulled one dress for me. When I was looking at a dress, she told me that it was way over my budget. I caught her rolling her eyes at me, and when I confronted her, she proceeded to argue with me. She told me she meant for me to see her. When I asked to speak to the store manager (Sandy), I heard this sales associate telling her store manager I had an attitude. The store manager defended this associate. When I asked the associate for her name, she refused to give it to me. The store manager never apologized for this associate. The manager refused to give me any information on when I could contact the owner. Instead of making the bride feel welcome and happy, associate and the manager have ZERO customer service abilities. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
