Cheap Crinoline?

Does anyone know where to get a cheap crinoline? I want to dye mine and I don't want to spend a lot of money because 1. It's going to be under my dress for less than six hours and 2. If I mess up I don't want to be out a lot of money...

I got mine on ebay for $23 including shipping. They are all basically the same quality, so just look for one in the shape you need and a seller with a good rating.
