so we are getting married july 4th at a little venue... but sis was just diagnosed with a brain tumor therefore ALL the money, as it should, is going to her surgery... wheres somewhere to get cheap or free black and white decore?!

So sorry to hear about your sister.  I prayed for her and your family.

Oriental Trading has a TON of black and white stuff.  Everytime I go to see if they have new stuff, it's mostly black and white, it seems to be what they're focusing on this year.  You can also try Michaels, Joanns and Hobby Lobby on sale days or with their coupons and even Dollar Tree.

I'm so sorry to hear about your sister.  I hope it all turns out well for you and your family.

I second Oriental Trading... and Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, any dollar store you have in your area.  Also, with black & white, don't feel the need to over do it. You can buy minimal decor and because the black is so striking, you don't need very much.
