I am at a loss when it comes to the hoop skirt! I am getting married June 15, my wedding is outside, and my dress is pretty heavy! I will be wearing the Maggie Sottero Monalisa Royale, and it's definitely a job carrying it! I want to wear a hoop skirt so my dress isn't touching my legs, but I'm scared of it. Lol I'm scared that if I wear a hoop skirt that when I'm kissing my husband or standing close that my dress is going to shoot to the other side because of pushing the hoopskirt! I've never worn one so I don't really know what to expect...I've even contemplated wearing a hoop skirt outside then switching to a regular crinoline for the inside reception....advice?
