Winter Wedding Help!

hey gals,

so me and my fi are having a winter wedding and im looking for a jakcte/cloak because it can get chilly but the ones i keep seeing give me a fairy-sque feeling but that is not what im really going for.

Yes its is a formal event and my dress is formal but i dont wanna feel like a princess or like beauty and the beast. Im the type of girl that lives in sweats and etc, and i dont want to lose that part of me because its my wedding.

Also i looking for shoes, i want turqouise shoes but i have a habit of falling a lot and so i dont think i should wear heels because that wouldnt help the situation :p . So any advice? ( pictures would help :) )

Im also looking for some jewerly to wear that fit my color/ winter wedding.
Ideas?

Thanks in advance :)

  • I bought a bridal coat by Allure, it was $100 which was just about the same price I was looking to pay for a nicer coat at Macy's.  Also look on Ebay, they have cheap wraps and such.

I'd also recommend 6pm or Amazon for you to look for shoes.

  • White snowboots! OMG how cool would that be! And if you want that "something blue" you could do the laces in pale blue!

For coverups you can do a heavy formal women's jacket, cape, or a pretty scarf. Think satin fur-lined jacket (so it's warm but you don't look like a Russian dutchess)
