I was wondering if anyone who has purchased this dress opted to have fabric added to the hem? Im debating on whether or not I should.... The dress is beautiful but I'm 5'7 and it seems to have that peek a boo effect with my toes..

I can tell you from personal experience when I asked David's if they could add more to the train of my "first" dress they told me, "the dress comes as is and we can only alter parts but can't add on."  I immediately returned the dress and I refuse to do business with them because my consultant promised me I could add or change with their alteration department.  

The dress is beautiful but you may need to go outside of David's to add on more fabric, call them first to see if they can even do the alteration you want. They will set you an appointment and discuss if it possible and what it would look like. A really good seamstress can pull it off flawlessly .
