i was given a dress by a friend who was going through stuff and found it. SCORE FOR ME maybe woot woot. FI and i getting married in vegas maybe lol i want to remove the train im not sure if for me.

i need opinions on what you ladies think.

its dusty pink with spaghetti straps. it has a court train or a lil larger not catherdral train. i want that removed

i would love to know if i can remove the straps, put a sweetheart in it and remove the train. any ideas ladies

I think you need to decide if the dress is even what you want before you worry about alterations.

As for the alterations you really need to speak with a seamstress to see if any or all of what you listed could be done.

I can't really give an opinion because I don't know what it look like on you. I woult talk to a seamstress about the alterations you're thinking of. Post on your local board for recommendations if you don't already have someone in mind.

I agree with the others. it is hard to tell how the dress will look on you without seeing you in it.
And also, definitely make sure it's what you REALLY WANT... not just because someone is offering it to you. you know... You have soo much time before your wedding, so you can be picky and choosy.. you know.
