Grooms and Groomsmen/Bridesmaids

I have this theory that the groom should look a little different from the groomsmen...My FH and groomsmen are wearing grey tux...our colors are silvers and hot pink...i'm wondering if it would work my bridesmaids are wear hot pink multiway dresses...would it still look good if the groomsmen wore silver ties...or even silver and pink ties! and have my fh wear pink!!! im not sure if it would be weird or not, but i like it i think!

I can't imagine many men would be excited to wear hot pink on their wedding day. So I definitely wouldn't put the groom in that. But, if you want him to stand out, put him in a white tie and white boutonniere and the GM in silver ties and pink boutonieres.

Yeah, if your groom has a strong opinion, let him chose his side (I know my FI's one stipulation was that he didn't/his men didn't want to wear pink) That said, FI is going to look a little different from his GM as his tie is going to be ivory, and the GM's blue. The GM are also not color coordinated with the BMs, they *are* both in blue, but FI felt the pale blue the girls are in was too "girly" so he picked a darker blue for the men. I think it's going to look terrific.
