Wedding Dress Pressing?

Hey ladies!

How much did you all pay to get your wedding dress pressed? I am trying to get an all-around price of this. The gown I have is Taffetta- not sure if dress material matters. I will be ordering my dress at the end of this month.

Also, did anyone press their dress themselves?

The seamstress I have hired is going to be at the synagogue the night of our wedding and she is going to steam it out for me there if need be.  She is also going to be there in case of any emergencies, and it is all included in the price of the alterations!

I just bought a travel size steamer, about $30, and my mother is going to steam it while I'm getting my hair done.
