How long before the wedding should my FI go with his guys to rent the tuxes anny ideas???

Just based on what I have read on The Knot and in other wedding planning books, it sounds like they should go 4-5 months before the wedding.  I could be wrong though, not 100% sure.

We picked the tuxes a couple weeks ago and we're about 3 months out for our wedding.

We are using Men's Wherehouse and they told us 3 months; could depend on who you use

We used Men's Warehouse also.   We went in around 3 months before the wedding, and that was plenty of time. They actually told us we would have been fine with 2 months, but, I felt better at 3 months, just to be safe.
