GUYS: Candlelight jackets

In a winter wedding and the girls are wearing black and all of the guys are wearing black pants w/ candlelight color jackets and we are all carring/wearing calli lillies.  I have just never thought about guys wearing this light color in WINTER and the flowers aren't going to show up and the groom is going to get washed away w/ the bride in pictures.  Any thoughts?

Whaaa?  You mean the guys are wearing white tuxedo jackets? I don't know about washing away, but it's not my aesthetic.

Yeah, totally not my thing either and the bride keeps asking me if I think everything will look ok and I just don't know what to say.  She is doing a black/ivory theme.  No COLOR!  Our taste are totally different.  She even keeps telling us we can cut off our dresses and wear them later and I am just not going to spend the $ doing that.  I really don't go to that many events where I need to dress up that much!
