can anyone identify the designer of this dress?

It's really driving me crazy! 

background: i was getting married years back and had this saved as a dress i'd like.  I called the wedding off back then.  Now i'm getting married again.  Shockingly, I still love the dress and it was still right there on a usb drive full of wedding related stuff.  But i have no idea who this designer is and i'm annoyed.

Gianna by Timeless bridal.  Seems to be discontinued though.
