Help!!! 3.5 inch heels!

I need suggestions!  I'm stuck having to wear 3.5-inch heels due to some confusion (long story), and my dress will be tailored to that length.  I'm really upset because I fear I won't find anything comfortable.  I plan to wear just one pair of shoes all day, because I don't want my dress dragging on the floor and getting dirty if I change into a lower shoe for dancing.

If you're not doing a colored shoe, then chances are your feet will barely be noticed. If you're concerned about comfort I would definitely look at the wedge styles since they provide a more stable and comfortable footing than most heels.

I wear Steve Madden peep toe heels in that height or a little higher 5 days a week for work.  They make evening shoes as well.  With inserts, I bet you will be able to wear them as long as you want.

Especially if you aren't used to heels that tall then for sure put inserts in your shoes, regardless of the brand you go with!

I agree with all of the suggestions made by pp.

You might also look into wearing ballroom dance shoes--they're comfy since ballroom dancers have to be up on their feet all day. Try Dance Shoes Online.

WHAT you are crazy! I am wearing 6 inch heels with a 2" platform!

Anyways, try picking up Dr.Scholls for Her gell inserts at the pharmacy - they have ones for heels, toes and the backs of your shoes and will keep you comfy all night.

My heels were that height by Nine West and were really comfortable.  I wore hot pink so it was easy to find.  We hiked like over 2 miles in them up and down heels while taking pics, so I changed afterwards.  Since my dress was altered to that height I needed flip flops with a heel for later the reception.  I actually got really cute beaded white ones off of eBay for under $20 and they were the perfect height.  You can just search "high heel flip flops" and you should be able to find them.

My shoes are this height as well. I have started breaking in my shoes though so they will be comfortable day of. I also have foot petals in the shoes. Consider a shoe stretcher or taking them to the cobbler.
