Any POB brides?? If so, which style?

Lindy. It's been discountinued, but they told me this summer that I could still order it. At the time it was still on the POB website. The Dallas store didn't have it in stock, so they had it sent from the only store that did still have it, Boston. I was so impressed that they went to all that trouble just so I could see it in person. I'm so excited to get it, which should be before the end of this month.

That's awesome!!! I have really noticed that they go above and beyond. I actually am inviting my bridal consultant from Priscilla to my wedding!! She was just so fab! Do you have a picture of the dress?

Pic posted below. I liked that it has some embellishment, but it's not over the top. It looks classic and it fits the setting of my wedding. I love the portrait collar and that it's not sleeveless. I agree on the store's customer service. It's very good. I just wish I could afford to buy more things there! Which dress did you get? So funny that you invited your consultant!

I agree completely about the dress... Incredibly classic!!! I love it. gorgeous! I wish I could afford to get my accessories and veil there (but I totally can't haha), so I'm just going to look elsewhere. I got JL228... the lace sleeve thingy is on a hook and eye. I'm not going to use it because it is scratchy for me, but the dress is exactly as it looks (without the sleevy thing!)

Where are you getting your accessories??? You don't need too much with that dress though, it's so pretty! I don't get why they discontinued!

HAHA i agree about the jewelry. I think the earrings and bracelet will be perfect. No need for a necklace! Are you wearing a veil? If so, what type?
I love the lace, i was going to wear it for the ceremony, but honestly, it just makes me look shortwaisted. I'm petite, and it shortened me more... so I have to opt out of it. If it did look good on me, I would have totally dealt with the scratchiness for the ceremony! Too bad, but I love the dress anyway. I am adding a little bow (similar to the style of Priscilla's Morgan) at the waist.... to make it a bit more playful and sweet. But, on the overall I love classic. I'm guessing you do too ;-)

That's such a good idea about the veils! I didn't even think of that. I think I will just be doing a cathedral veil for the ceremony and no veil for the reception. I think I will do a sparkly headband or something.
HAHA! Yes, yours has a bow too... bows are very cute. What type of reception are you having?

That sounds like so much fun. Do you have much of it planned already? When is it? I'm getting married at the Ritz Carlton in Phoenix. Very traditional Philadelphia feeling, which is where I was born and raised, so I was excited to find it in Phoenix!!! And yum to the Blue Bell Icecream! Are you serving any? What is your menu like?
That 2 veil idea was pretty awesome! I have to give it up to her :-)

Hey girls!  I'm getting married May 29, 2011, in a cathedral-sized Orthodox Christian church in San Francisco.  I'll be wearing a chapel-length veil, as well, which will go with the ceremony.

I'm a totaly Priscilla bride all the way.  My bridesmaids are also getting their dresses there.  They're getting the following dress with an ocean blue bottom half:

I tried looking up the Lindy, but I could only find Lindsey, which I really loved, too!  Is that the one?  And wasn't that dress on Say Yes to the Dress once?

Are you girls doing the regular or custom fittings?  I did the custom fitting, and I can't wait until my dress gets in.

I'm a priscilla bride! Lindsey is my dress! I got a cathedral veil that is ribbon trimmed. Jewelry from Haute Bridal. I really really love all the help that my Priscilla consultant did!!!
