Have any of you used this sight? If so, what is your opinion?

Re: JJ House.com

  • I used this website for my bridesmaid dresses and my veil.  Naturally, the prices were SUPER cheap!  I thought the quality might reflect the price but it definitely doesn't.  The dresses came in and are very well made and very heavy duty.  HOWEVER, I went into this knowing I wouldn't be helped if there were any issues.  If there is something that you need to send back you might as well plan on losing your money because communication is nearly impossible.  Also, it took almost 2 months for my veil to get here because I used snail mail and when I called to check on the status, they just kept telling me to wait.  I was getting impatient and wanted a refund and they wouldn't do it. Overall, I would recommend it but don't plan on ANY customer service because there won't be any.

<div>Oh, thank you! I want to order a veil as well and it seems really nice, so I will make sure to order sooner rather than later! </div>
