So today I took my 2 MOHs to David's Bridal to look for their dresses. I have one other BM who couldn't make it today...& pretty much can't any Saturday until the beginning of November. And my wedding is in November. So I need some help.
DB has a website where you can order dresses online. So that's one of the main reasons why I chose to get their dresses from DB. So my two MOHs could pick their dress in store (or whatever they choose) and my BM could choose hers online and order it that way. Because she really has no time to go to an actual store to buy her dress.
But whenever I took my MOHs today, neither of them found a dress they liked. I just chose the color (Apple from DB) and the length and are letting them choose the dress based on what they like/are willing to spend. Well, the dress that both of them liked is more than they are willing to spend. I understand that, no big deal. But they didn't look for anything else that they liked. We just left. I guess they had their hearts set on that one and whenever they couldn't get it, they just wanted to leave? I don't know. DB has more options than that ONE dress! But both of them are thinking about looking online/at other stores for dresses. But they aren't really understanding that I want all 3 of them to be in the SAME color...so that won't work. Unless they find a dress at another store that all 3 of them like and can get, ya know? So it's frustrating.
So I guess my question is: Is there another store (similar to DB) in the sense that they have lots of different dress styles that you can get in the same color? Because I really want them to wear the same color but wear a dress that they're comfortable in. I wanted to be nice and let them choose, but I see that that might end up biting me in the a$$ if I can't find another alternative to DB.
