Bridal Shoes

Hi Everyone

I have an ivory chiffon dress - and I was wondering what shoes to wear?

Does it have to match exactly to the dress or should I wear whatever color I want?

 
What do other brides do?

My bridesmaids are wearing ivory shoes with their sangria dresses....

My alteration appointment is next month so I want to get my shoes soon!

ivory, sangria, and silver would look nice but my personal preference for brides is color shoes.

You don't have to match your dress. A pop of color can be fun! I am wearing pink peep toe shoes with my dress.

I wore an ivory dress with Sangria shoes. My BMs wore sangria dresses from Davids', and my shoes matched pretty darn close.



These were my shoes.

Ditto on the color. I have purple shoes that match my bridesmaids dress color.  Ultimately its up to you and what you are comfortable in.  Most likely will not see your shoes unless you show them off

Thanks!!!  They are super gorgeous in person too.  Those arriving in the mail last week was the best :) I want to wear them now!

I say pick a shoe with a bit of chiffon or fabric on it that plays with your dress.  The pop of color works too.  Check these out -

I'm just gonna choose something that is comfortable and that has hints of sangria or even sparkly!
