Has anyone seen this dress? Know the designer?

I really like this dress I found online but I cannot find it anywhere. I was wondering if anyone here has seen it before or something similar? I seems to have a taffeta like sweetheart bodice?

    both David's bridal and J crew have something kinda similar. I know how it feels to search for the perfect dress online. What I did was contact the photographers from some random picture I found online and he was good enough to tell me where she got her dress. Hope that helps :)
