I have had the worst experience at Bride Beautiful. They have terrible customer service and are extremely rude to their customers. They had me and my bridesmaids make repeated unnecessary trips back to the store by telling us the dresses were ready when they really weren't. The bridesmaid dresses showed up with crooked seams and zippers and it was like pulling teeth to get them to fix them. They also charge you $20 to have them pressed and present them all wrinkled for you to try on. Don't go to bride beauiful to purchase your dress(es). They made what should have been an enjoyable experience into a very unpleasant one.
