Help finding this dress!!??

I have contacted admin about this photo (as i found it on theKnot), but they can't give me any information on it. I am so in love with it--but have no clue designer, material, etc. This is all I have--this small pic.  If anyone can help me that would be fantastic! (Sorry if this has been posted in the past--I tried to look through old posts, but got to page 8 and the board diverted to another page---guess the board is acting up!
