My something old was supposed to be my grandmothers ring but that ended up not working out and now I'm stuck on what to use for my something old....

my something new is my dress/ ring

my somsthing blue are my earrings (drop pearls with a blue gemstone)

my something borrowed are my moms pearls

i dont really have anything old or any family heirlooms or anything to use

I used lace from my Mom's wedding dress and had it wrapped around my bouquet as my something old.

My something old was a cameo of my great grandmothers that I pinned to my bouquet. 

Your something old doesn't have to be very old. It could be something of your mom's or your aunts. Or just something that you've had for a long time. Or how about something from a vintage or pawn shop? I'm sure there are lots of creative ways to find something for your something old.

My old/borrowed were both my Mom's pearls.. I didn't really see why not? Although, I wasn't super serious about it. I also wore a Latvian ring (my heritage) that I have had for a loooong time so I guess that kinda counted as well? hah

I went to a local vintage store and purchased an art deco era bracelet to wear. It will be serving as my "something old" I don't think the "something old" tradition necessarily has to be something from your family.

I have a button from my great grandmothers dress sewn into mine. See if you can have a peice of your moms or grandmothers dress. I dont see why your moms pearls cant double as old and borrowed though!

My something old will likely be a ring FI got me for Christmas from an antique shop.  I have no idea how old it is, but it isn't new, so that'll likely do it.
