Re: Pink Shoes???

  • I don't know where to buy them but you can always buy plain pink shoes and add the glitter
  • I can't copy and paste on my tablet, but I googled 'sparkly pink converse' and clicked the shopping tab. I found all kinds of kids' shoes, and one size 5.5 in womens' on eBay. I think your best bet might be to DIY these.

    Does fabric spray paint exist?

  • There are all kinds of pink converse on zappos.com. You would just need to buy spray on glitter or rhinestones.

  • that may be another DIY for me..

[QUOTE]PLEASE, please, please don't do this.  Chucks and other informal shoes do NOT look "cute" or "quirky" at weddings. They look cheap and tacky. This is the most formal and likely the most expensive gown that you will ever wear.  The wrong shoes can completely ruin an outfit.  Why do you want to pair your wedding dress with cheap street shoes?

I don't think she was asking for your opinion.

A friend of mine wore chucks with her gown, it was completely her and MADE her attire more special then the plain cookie cutter attire.

--This is definitely something that would be more of a DIY project, I have only seen small sizes in a style to what you are describing, you can find tons of tutorials online that will help you accomplish the look you're going for. Good luck!

  • I didn't tell you how to talk, I just simply stated she was not looking for your opinion.

As I spoke of in my previous post, certain details can 'make' the overall attire.

To me this is adorable, reflects the couples personalities and is definitely more unique than 'standard'....Just another idea to throw out there, not every bride wears a gown.

  • Well I planned on leaving this alone.. But since this debate is going on without me... I will address this:

    1. Me asking about the shoes.. I did not state "what or how I planned to use them".
    2. I am a GROWN WOMAN and IF that is what I decide..I will decide..
    3. I feel that you can express your opinion to whatever is posted.. It doesnt bother me one bit... So if you want to express your opinion you can do that, but at the same time.. stating you are an adult.. means you know how to give constructive criticism... there is a difference.

Thank You for all your suggestions and posts.
