Dress discrepancy

I finally found my dress and I am absolutely in love with it. I show my mom and sister, they don't like I because they think it looks like a prom dress rather than a wedding dress. They insist on taking me shopping for a new one, even though I have made it clear that's the dress I want. Is it okay to tell them no to the dress shopping?Undecided

Are you paying for the dress or are either of they?  Got a pic of the dress we can see?
  • If you love it, THAT is what matters.. No, you do not have to be forced to go dress shopping again..
  • Of course it's ok to tell them no. Unless they are paying for the dress, nobody can bully you into wearing what they want you to wear.
What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

  • Of course it is okay to say no to dress shopping! Stick with your gown if you love it, they aren't wearing it!
