Had the worst experience ever at House of Bridal in Torrance, CA. I already have enough stress and was able to control it until I a had a bad experince here. They gave one of bridesmaids the wrong dress, the owner is rude and yells at customers. This was the first time I had a break down because the owner does not take responsibility for her own actions. so upset but I am trying to get over it because our wedding is this saturday
