Black is a neutral color, so whatever you pick will go with it. So, sit down and decide what colors you and your FI LOVE, this should be where you start.

My favorite color is purple, so I had different shades of purple.

And think about what flowers you may want to use, they can help as well. Have fun!

Google "blue red black wedding" and you will see some photos. Personally, it's not my favorite color combination, but it doesn't look bad.

Why black bridesmaid dresses? That shouldn't dictate what colors you want for the wedding, it should be the other way around. Si?

    Anything!

As for what colors you choose to use depends on the overall feel you want your wedding to have.  Romantic, formal, casual, bright/cheery, etc.

For black dresses, I love when brides either use soft colors or bright colors because they both really pop against the dress, while darker colors tend to blend in.

    Here you go:

Play around with it and find something you like. Black goes with anything. If you want to make it black, silver, and grey or black and skittles it doesn't matter. It's YOUR [and your FI] wedding!

Black, red, and tiffany blue are all pretty strong colors... it might be a little overwhelming.  Choose some softer, more muted colors.  What about light pink?  Coral?  Peach?

I think you need to pick just two of those three colors. Although, if you did the blue and red combination, I think black tuxes would be okay. But I wouldn't try to mix black in anywhere else. Here are some visuals for you.
