Does anybody happen to know who makes this dress? I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find anything like it. This one is just perfect!

I don't know exactly where you found this photo but it looks like something I have in my wedding book when I was looking for a wedding dresses. It resembles an Elie Saab dress and a Vera Wang dress (more so Elie Saab) in my book. You can find her designs on pronovias.com Another thing is that you can always have your dress made. There are a lot of wedding designers on etsy.com (just be sure to read reviews) or go to a local boutique with your ideas and have your dress made there.
