Question about seams under lace dress

Quick question for everyone - I went shopping for my dress recently at Demetrios and REALLY loved this beautiful lace dress.  The only problem is that, under the bright lights, you can see two seams running along the length of the gown.  I asked the consultant about it and she said that all lace dresses pretty much have that type of construction and you'd see them in pretty much all gowns.  I haven't tried on any dresses anywhere else, so I don't know if that's right - but has anyone else experienced this?  I'm wondering if it won't be as noticeable in normal/dim lighting.

My dress is also all lace and has the same seams underneath it. My consultant said it is so that the satin fabric underneath stays straight and that the lace overlay stays in place. I took a bunch of pictures at the store and in some I can see the seams and in others I can't. There were other lace dresses that the seams were really noticeable, but I figured that if I didn't see the seams until I looked for them (or in bright lighting), others wouldn't notice them.

There were two seams intbe front of my dress you can see plain as day. Just looks like that's how it's supposed to be, you can check pics in my bio. I also had the seamstress add a seam down the back for the silhouette. I don't think anyone noticed. I don't even remember it being there.
