About three weeks ago, I went with my MOH and BM to pick out a dress for them at DB. While they were there, two of them decided to get shoes and have them dyed. We were told that they would "definitely" be ready by March 20. So I agreed to go and pick them up since I was the closest. Well...I went back on Saturday, the day they said that they would "definitely be ready". First, they couldn't find them. Next, she said that they probably were in the back. She went to check. Twenty minutes later, she finally comes back just to inform me that they hadn't been dyed yet. She said they could dye them that day. If that was the case why did I have to wait 3 weeks. I told her I would "definitely" be back on Saturday. I was a little annoyed by this point. I did not want to get mad because she was just the messenger but come on really? Luckily, I live close but it is the principle of the matter. By the time I left, between waiting in the line, waiting for her, and then having her explain it to me, I was in there about an hour. I gave up an hour (not alot but with 75 degree weather and sun after a cold winter...an hour is alot). Ok done venting now.
