Hello Everyone,
My sister is a budding designer and has designed an amazing dress for me and dresses for the bridesmaids. The problem is she is not good at creating patterns in varied sizes and will not have the time to make the dresses. It is really important to me to have the dress designed by her but I am at a loss for how to find someone that will make a pattern and a dress with a design and fabric already picked out. Any ideas????
