To wear gloves, or not to wear gloves... Help please!

Hey ladies!

Sorry this is kind of a long post…

I’ve been debating on whether or not I should/can wear gloves with my wedding dress. My dress is a very simple, yet elegant a-line gown and is made out of chiffon. I plan on wearing it with a birdcage veil made out of Russian tool. Now, when you look at the dress it appears very simple and some even say casual, but once it is paired with the veil it is really quite formal looking. It feels very Audrey Hepburn!

Here is a link (mind you, I don’t think the model does it justice, especially with her hair):

I really like the idea of wearing gloves with my dress, but I’m not sure what fabric and style will work.

Here are three styles that I like with the concerns I have about pairing them with my dress:

1) Is the color strange and will the fabric not work with Chiffon?

2) Will the lace and ribbon add too much texture with the chiffon and veil?

3) I really like these, but will the satin look weird with a chiffon dress?

Any advice is greatly appreciated! Again, sorry for the lengthy post…

THANK YOU!

Lisa
