Groom & Groomsmen attire

Hi ladies, I need some help dressing my fiance and his groomsmen! We have been going back and forth as to whether they should wear suits or tuxes. I like to formality of tuxes and I want them to look sharp, but suits are a more practical option.

Our colors are Red and Orange, very fall, earthy tones, the girls will be in a deep red or Claret color. Will a black Tux clash with our colors? I am hoping not since a tux is classic, or I was thinking a dark brown suit, but I am afraid this may look too basic.

Black can never clash with any color, its a neutral.

As far as the suits vs tuxes, this should be your FI's decision.

Black doesn't clash with anything.  But suit or tux depends on the formality and time of day of your wedding.  Tuxes are formal evening wear, so they aren't appropriate for a daytime wedding.  A suit can be worn either during the day or at night.

Thanks ladies! I have told him numerous times it's up to him, he should w/e he is comfortable in an likes but he doesnt seem bothered either way.
