BM Dresses

Just wondering if anyone else thinks that finding BM dresses is the hardest part? I have everything else done for the the most part but finding their dresses is proving to be impossible!

Nope. I gave them different shades of blue and asked for short, then left it up to them. One of the easiest parts of planning by far.

Easy for me.  Told them to pick a black dress - not floor length or super short, no long sleeves, and not totally blinged out.  Each of them picked dresses that looked great on them and fit their budgets.  And I know that they have worn them again, too.

Easy for me. I knew I wanted one shoulder and short. I found one in their price range at the same place I bought my dress. It looked good on all of them. End of story. If it's that hard for you just tell them to pick their own dresses but give them specifics like color, length, and fabric.

We will see tomorrow! All my maids are shopping with me tomorrow for them! I already know what I like and don't but we will see if they like it!

Not really. My MOH and I went shopping since she was the only BM in town. She tried on a bunch at DB and we found one we both liked. Then I sent the pic to the other three OOT girls to get their input. They were all fine with it, so it was settled.

I wish it was that easy! I have for BM's and they ar all diffrent shapes. My sister who is my MOH wants short. Well my BF has a disablity and can't wear heals and doesn't like people to see her legs, she sometimes has to wear braces) wants long. I want my BF to feel comfortable because she is already very self-conscience of her disability. My sister is bearly 5 foot so she hates long, she is also like a size 4 so she feels long over powers her. The other two say they'll go with whatever I want one is my future step daughter who is thick but not fat by any means by other friends is a larger girl. Any suggestions would be great! Only my BF and my setp daughter are in town.

I wouldn't say the hardest part but it wasn't easy. The ladies are different shapes and all from way out of town so none could come look at the dress I had my eye on to see how it looked. I sent them email pics and asked for suggestions or style request but got none. I finally got it down to two and let them pick. 3 liked the same choice and one was on the fence so we went with that (I didn't get a vite but it turnedout to be my fav too.).

Just stick with it and I'm sure you'll find something you all can agree on.

Suggestions, since you asked. Let your MOH wear short. Ask your bridesmaids to choose a long dress in whatever color you've chosen. Let all of them pick their dresses individually. Ta-da.

u can tell them to choose the dress by giving them your instruction (e.g. colour, style, length stc) and ask them to send the pic to you for your approval
