I have a Winnie Couture dress that is strapless and I would like to add a lace bolero. They sell one in their stores, but I am not wild about it because it looks more like a vest. It would end up being about $400 to have it custom made. Any ideas on an ivory lace bolero with a queen anne neck and where to find one or have one made?
