Say yes to the dress online???

Ok girlfriends I really need your help....I have gone to several bridal stores now and liked few dresses. When I come home and look at these dresses at home I find out that they 30% cheaper online. should I just buy it online and then get it altered. If this a safe route or will I just end up being frustrated??? Has anyone gone this route?? I am really on a budget so even little bit I can save it will help. Thank you in advance.

Re: Say yes to the dress online???

  • just go with a trusted site used by girls on here like pearl's place, netbridal, and if you want to by used use bravobride.com,preownedweddingdress.com,
  • Also....it'd be best to at least try on the dress or similar style so you know what would be the best size and if you like the look of the dress on you.  Otherwise, I agree with PP to go with a trusted site.  Check for reviews too and how long they've been in business.  You don't want to put money on something, and then it turn out to be a sham or close down in a short period.
  • I think this is what I'm going to do. I feel bad using the store just to try stuff on, but really, I don't have a lot of money to work with. :/

  • I did that.  Found a dress I liked in the store, found it for almost half on netbride (same exact dress, not a copy), ordered it there, everything was perfect when it came in the mail!

As long as you order from a trusted site, you should be ok.

Well, shopping online is a good choice to save money and time. But you must pay attention its reputation. I recommend this one. I ever bought a evening dress here. I'm satisfied with its quality and service.
